Bible Studies & Other Groups at COBC

Sundays
- Dr. Walker’s Class – 5:00pm in Room 401 at the church.
Tuesdays
- Men’s Morning Bible Study with Dr. Andy Walker – 6:00am in Room 402.
- Men’s Ministry Meeting (monthly) – the Men’s Ministry Meeting Team invites all men to join them the first Tuesday of the month (except in January and July.) For info contact Matt Sheridan at 289-2089.
- DivorceCare – 6:30pm in Room 402 – A friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Please call the church office for schedule. Held in Room 402. Two sessions a year.
- Grief Share – 6:00pm in the Prayer Room – A special support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Two sessions a year. Please call the church office for the schedule.
Wednesdays
- Moms in Prayer – for Golden Hills School – 9am Contact person Diane Howard. Meets during the school year.
- Biblical Parenting Class – offered a couple of times a year. Call the church office for information.
- Men’s Evening Bible Study with Dr. Andy Walker – 6:00pm in Room 402 @ the church.
- Junior High School Bible Study – meets at the church the same time as AWANA Trek on Wednesdays at 6:00pm (fall, winter, and spring). Summer study meets at 10am.
Thursdays
- Women’s Prayer – for Country Oaks Baptist Church @ 9am in the Discipleship Room.
- Moms in Prayer – for College/Career age “kids” – 8am Contact person Sally Davis. Meets during the school year.
- High School Bible Study – meets at 6:30pm at the church. For more info call Zach Douglas at (916) 778-9006.
- Growth Group – 7:00pm at the home of Kat and Connor Wilson. Call Dennis & Debbie Shyrock at (661) 557-1139 for more info.
Fridays
- Women’s Morning Bible Study – Meets at 9:30am in the Chapel September through May – childcare available. Pat See contact person.
